Tostado and codefendant Casey were convicted by a jury of selling marijuana to an undercover police officer on April 5, 1962; (Health & Saf. Code, § 11531); Tostado appeals from the judgment and order denying his motion for new trial. The appeal from the order is dismissed. (Pen. Code, § 1237; People v. Eppers, 205 Cal.App.2d 727 [23 Cal.Rptr. 222].)
