Schaeff Inc. (Sehaeff) petitions for review of an order of the National Labor Relations Board (Board) concluding that it fired Tom Massey (Massey), Darren MeCleary (MeCleary) and Richard Pedersen (Pedersen) because of their organizing activities. Specifically, Schaeff argues that it decided to terminate them before learning of their protected activity and therefore antiunion animus played no role in its decision.
