Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Connor, J.), entered May 9, 1991 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of respondent Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Colonie denying petitioner’s application for a use variance.
