Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Kahn, J.), entered May 11, 1990 in Albany County, which granted petitioners’ application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to annul a determination of respondent Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Ghent granting respondent Conrad Coon a use variance.
