Plaintiff-appellant Sayad Khan (“plaintiff”) appeals from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of defendant-respondent Dianna Gutsgell (“defendant”). 1 Plaintiffs suit arose from a vehicle/pedestrian accident. In his sole point on appeal, plaintiff contends that he is entitled to a new trial because the trial court erred in allowing a police officer to testify regarding her conclusion that defendant was not at fault in the accident.
