This is an appeal from a jury tried case. M.C. (Plaintiff) and B.C. (Plaintiffs husband) instigated this action against Clifford Yeargin (Yeargin), Marriott International Corp. and Marriott Hotel Services, Inc. (collectively, Marriott). Plaintiffs sought recovery on several theories.
