The defendants, Aerojet General Corporation and Aerojet International, Inc., (collectively Aerojet) were found liable for the wrongful death of Stephanie Foster, who died from mesothelioma, a very painful cancer caused by exposure to asbestos. Aerojet appeals, alleging a host of trial-court errors in its eight points on appeal.
