This was an action brought by Henry Williams, the plaintiff in error here, and' hereafter in this opinion referred to as the plaintiff, against Walker D. Hines, as Director General of Railroads, the defendant in error here, and hereafter in this opinion referred to as the defendant, and one Drew Williams, the employe of the defendant Hines.
