This is a petition for certiorari directed to the city council of the city of Cranston for the purpose of bringing before us for review and reversal its denial of the petitioner’s application for permission to build a gasoline service station on its land located at the southwest corner of Park avenue and Community Drive and designated as lots Nos. 58 and 59 on assessor’s plat No. 4, section 5.
