This is a petition for a writ of certiorari to review the action of the city council of the city of Cranston denying the petitioner’s application for a permit to build a gasoline service station on its land located at the southwest corner of Park avenue and Community Drive and otherwise described as lots Nos. 58 and 59 on assessor’s plat No. 4, section 5.
