HALL, Chief Justice.
Appellant tiled this suit to set aside the action of the Industrial Accident Board denying him compensation under the Workmen’s Compensation Law (Vernon’s Ann. Civ. St. art. 8306 et seq.) for the loss of his left foot. It appears that he was wounded in his left foot by the accidental discharge of his shotgun. The case was tried to a jury, and in response to special issues they found that appellant lost his left foot as a result of the injury ; that such injury was sustained in the course of his employer’s business; that he was not carrying the gun solely for his own…
