HICKMAN, C. J., This suit was instituted by appellees, Mrs. Sarah Shook and her children, to set aside an order of the Industrial Accident Board denying them any compensation for the death of Lueien Shook,- a single man, -the áon of Mrs. Sarah Shook and the ■ brother- of - the other appellees. It resulted in a judgment in their favor for $5,579.65, which amount included past-due weekly payments, with interest thereon, and a lump sum representing the present worth of future weekly paymentsl There is no dispute with reference to the facts.
