The Director of Revenue (the director) appeals a judgment setting aside the suspension or revocation of Vince R. Martin’s (petitioner) driving privileges. 1 Following his arrest for driving while intoxicated, Petitioner’s driving privileges were suspended or revoked pursuant to § 302.505. 2 Petitioner requested an administrative hearing as permitted by § 302.530.1, at which the suspension was upheld.
