HomeR FERGUSON, Judge:

The accused was convicted by a general court-martial of seven offenses, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 934, involving the wrongful possession, use and sale of marijuana. He was sentenced to dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, confinement at hard labor for thirty years and reduction in rank to private.
