I.INTRODUCTION

Before the Court is defendant West Browning’s motion for summary judgment. Defendants Wilson Ely, Derrick I. Anderson, and Angela Manjor responded in opposition.

This case is an interpleader action brought by plaintiff Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (MetLife) naming a federal employee’s (decedent Willie J.
