The bill in this cause was filed by the appellants to clear their title to a mobile home, which had been purchased by the appellants under circumstances of a contract hereinafter set out. The bill was demurred to on various grounds. The Chancellor sustained the second ground of the demurrer, which was that neither of two conditions, which were set out in the title bond given the appellants, had been performed.
