This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court of Cook county setting aside as unlawful and unreasonable an order of the Illinois Commerce Commission entered September 19, 1928, which rescinded a previous order of said commission entered January 26, 1928, authorizing and directing appellee Chicago Railways Company, and the receivers thereof, to install and operate motor bus street railway extension lines on portions of two specified streets in the city of Chicago as a part of the existing street railway system of that company, and denied a petition of the railways company to finance…
