West Georgia National Bank (“the Bank”) brought an action against All Fleet Refinishing, Inc., Joel Walker, and Patricia Walker (collectively, “All Fleet”), alleging claims for conversion of collateral, interference with contract, and for collection on promissory notes. All Fleet counterclaimed, asserting multiple causes of action. The parties filed cross-motions for summary judgment.
