1Per curiam

Upon a trial before a jury in the county court of Knox county plaintiff iii error, Henry Gardt, was found guilty under the first count of an information charging him with the unlawful sale of intoxicating liquor in the city of Galesburg while that city was anti-saloon territory, in violation of the statutes of this State. It was further charged in each count of the information that plaintiff in error had theretofore been duly convicted of selling intoxicating liquor in anti-saloon territory. After overruling a motion for a new trial the court rendered judgment upon the verdict and sentenced…
