Plaintiff Commerce Holding Company, Inc. (“Commerce”) brings this action against defendants Stanley Buckstone and Herbert Buckstone (“the Buckstones”), Phyllis Roth, Wendy Roth and Richard Roth as executors of the estate of Jerrold Roth (“Roth”) (collectively, “the Roth defendants”), and Tronic Plating Company, Inc.
