KEITH, Justice.

Plaintiffs below, Ireland, et al, brought suit to enjoin the defendant, Bible Baptist Church, from using certain lands for church purposes contending that such use violated the deed restrictions in the addition. Plaintiffs also sought a mandatory injunction to compel the removal of two frame structures placed thereon by the defendant. At the conclusion of the evidence, the trial court granted plaintiffs’ motion for a peremptory instruction and entered judgment enjoining the defendant from further using the land for church purposes but denying the mandatory relief which would…
