Decision One Mortgage Company, LLC appeals the grant of summary judgment entered against it in favor of Victor Warren Properties, Inc. For reasons that follow, we affirm.
Summary judgment is proper when there is no genuine issue of material fact and the movant is entitled to judgment as a matter of law. We review de novo the grant of summary judgment, construing the evidence in a light most favorable to the nonmoving party.
