KANNE, Circuit Judge.
Brad Coopman was charged with possession of child pornography and receipt of child pornography. He pled guilty to the receipt charge without the benefit of a plea agreement. At the outset of Coopman’s sentencing hearing, the district court adopted the factual findings in the presentence investigation report (PSR) without objection from the parties. After the government presented its witness, Coop-man offered expert witness testimony in an effort to mitigate his sentence.
