*365In this vehicle warranty dispute, plaintiff appeals as of right the trial court's order granting defendants' motion for summary disposition under MCR 2.116(C)(7) on the basis that the parties had entered a valid and enforceable arbitration agreement. We affirm.

I. FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

In 2014, plaintiff purchased a new Jeep Cherokee from Jim Riehl's Friendly Chrysler Jeep, Inc. The vehicle was manufactured by defendant FCA U.S. LLC.
