Claimant, Robert J. Kampert, filed an application for adjustment of claim pursuant to the Workers’ Compensation Act (HI. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 48, par. 138.1 et seq.) (the Act) for an injury to his lower back and for psychological injury resulting from a work-related accident on March 4, 1981, while in the course of his employment with the respondent, Amoco Oil Company.
