Claimant Joseph A. Napoletano filed two applications for adjustment of claims for injuries occurring on February 3, 1984, and August 3, 1985, while employed by Ingalls Memorial Hospital. These two claims were consolidated and the arbitrator awarded claimant temporary total disability (TTD) benefits, medical expenses, and permanent partial disability (PPD) benefits to the extent of 22.5% of the man as a whole.
