On January 7,1991, Thomas Patrick Harper (the debtor) filed a voluntary petition for relief under the provisions of Chapter 12 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. On August 26,. 1991, confirmation of the debtor’s plan was denied and the debtor was granted 20 days to file a modified plan. The debtor filed his second amended plan of reorganization on January 15, 1992.
