MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

On September 24, 2002, the Court held a hearing in Carthage, Missouri, on confirmation of the Chapter 12 Plan for Adjustment of Debts of a Family Farmer (“the Plan”) filed in these Chapter 12 proceedings by the Debtor, Elk Creek Salers, Ltd.
