MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This appeal from the decision of the Bankruptcy Court of the Western District of Wisconsin in an adversary proceeding presents a very narrow question. That question is whether a financing statement filed by a creditor which fails to specify the corporate character of the debtor and which uses an address of the debtor which is different from the debtor’s business address is “seriously misleading” within the meaning of § 9-402(8) of the Uniform Commercial Code (Wis.Stats. § 409.402(8)).
