This matter is before the Court on a motion for summary judgment filed by debtor, Terry Pierson, Inc. Debtor’s motion was filed in response to a motion for relief from stay filed by the Bank of Car-bondale (“Bank”), a creditor claiming a perfected security interest in debtor’s property.
