— Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered in Chemung County) to review a determination of the New York State Board of Parole establishing petitioner’s minimum period of imprisonment at 36 months on a zero to four-year sentence. Petitioner was sentenced as a youthful offender to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of zero to four years upon his plea of guilty of the crime of sexual abuse in the first degree.
