MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
STANLEY S. HARRIS, District Judge.
The plaintiffs, Edgar and Esther Skinner, brought this action to recover for the denial of coverage and cancellation of a group life and health insurance plan issued by thé defendant, Aetna Life Insurance Co. Now before this Court is defendant’s motion for summary judgment. Upon consideration of the motion, the opposition thereto, the reply, supplemental memoranda, and the entire record herein, the Court concludes that the defendant’s motion should be granted.
