Plaintiff, Nettie Stein, seeks a writ of mandamus from this Court ordering the defendant, Director of the Bureau of Workmen’s Compensation, to schedule a hearing to determine which workmen’s compensation insurance carriers and self-insured employers in the state are failing to pay compensation at the minimum rates announced by the director pursuant to this Court’s decision in Jolliff v American Advertising Distributors, Inc, 49 Mich App 1; 211 NW2d 260 (1973).
