Diane Koken, Insurance Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Liquidator), 1 in her official capacity as Liquidator of Legion Insurance Company (Legion), filed a Complaint 2 to recover alleged preferential payments totaling $6,400,000 received by One Beacon Insurance Company (OneBeacon) and/or their agents, 3 from Legion, on or about March 8, 2002.
