This is an appeal from a summary judgment dismissing a tort action directed against respondents. Appellant brought the action seeking recovery of damages for injuries to his right forearm sustained" May 3, 1962, while engaged as an irrigator in respondents’ agricultural employment. The trial court granted respondents’ motion for summary judgment on the ground that the pleadings and the deposition of appellant, Lavem Deshazer show no genuine issue as to any material fact. I.R.C.P. 56(c). Appellant has appealed from the resulting judgment of dismissal.
