This suit in equity was instituted November 22, 1946, in the Circuit Court of Pocahontas County, by the plaintiff, G. C. Beard, against Samuel Callison, an infant, Elizabeth Callison, Harry Richard Callison, Louise McNeel and Dennie M. Callison, as defendants, for the purpose of removing certain provisions of the will of his deceased wife, Georgia A. Beard, as a cloud upon his title to an undivided one half interest which he claims as an heir of his deceased son and dower which he also claims as her surviving spouse in two tracts of land of 191 acres and 502 acres.
