OPINION

CLAY, Circuit Judge.

Appellant Jackson C. O’Dell, III, appeals from an order sentencing him to a mandatory minimum sixty months imprisonment for possession of marijuana with *676intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(B), and manufacture of marijuana, also in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(B). We AFFIRM.
