DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY
{¶ 1} Carlton Davis appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to withdraw his guilty plea and the sentences the court imposed. After pleading guilty to various drug charges, Davis was released on his own recognizance. When he did not show up for sentencing, Davis was indicted for failure to appear. While simultaneously being arraigned for the failure to appear and sentenced on the drug charges, Davis sought to withdraw his guilty plea.
