On May 12, 2016, this Court held a Final Pretrial Conference in this matter. At the conference, Defendant New York University (“NYU”), through Defense Counsel Edward Cerasia, argued that Plaintiff Doris Tse’s receipt of long-term disability (“LTD”) benefits and Social Security Disability Insurance (“SSDI”) benefits precludes as a matter of law a damages award of front and back pay should Plaintiff prevail at trial.
