BACKGROUND

Plaintiff-Appellant Sebrena Robinson worked for Concentra Health Services, Inc. (“Concentra”) as a medical assistant from June 2003 until she was terminated on September 23, 2010. Robinson applied for Social Security disability benefits on September 27, 2010, four days after being terminated, on the ground that she had multiple sclerosis that rendered her disabled and unable to work.
