Scheschy v. Binkley

This was a suit in equity brought by a resident and taxpayer of school .district No. 61 of Douglas county on behalf of himself and all other taxpayers similarly situated for an accounting and to recover from the appellants for the benefit of the district funds which they were alleged to have unlawfully received.
