This action was brought in the district court of Merrick county to enjoin the county commissioners of said county from issuing the warrants of Merrick county to John L. Means for building a public bridge across the Platte river south of the village of Clarks in said county, and the treasurer from paying or registering the same, and to have a contract entered into by said commissioners with said John L.
