More than a year after Jelinda Stewart (“Stewart”) was reassigned away from a supervisor who she claimed had harassed her, the Mississippi Transportation Commission placed her again under his control, and verbal harassment resumed. Stewart filed this lawsuit alleging a hostile work environment and retaliation for reporting sexual harassment. The district court granted summary judgment to her employer. We AFFIRM.
