Bernard Bourgeois, a juvenile, moved for accelerated review of a 290-week manifest injustice disposition imposed after he was convicted of two counts of first degree assault. On July 20, 1993, a panel of this court accelerated review, and we now reverse.
Bourgeois, a 15-year-old, was charged with two counts of first degree assault. The charges arose from the shooting and injury of two men in the High Point area of Seattle.
