The plaintiff in this stockholders’ derivative or representative action is the owner of eighteen shares of preferred stock issued by DeSoto Securities Company, Inc., and the real defendants are the DeSoto Bank & Trust Company in liquidation, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, as receiver of DeSoto Bank & Trust Co. and individually, and The DeSoto Corporation.
