This is a proceeding on the part of Charles R. Hollings-worth, an attorney at law, in the matter of the estate of Elaine R. Agee, to recover compensation for professional services rendered for and in behalf of the estate.

The petition of Hollingsworth, who was one of the attorneys employed by the administrator of the estate, in substance, alleges that Robert G. Agee, the husband of deceased, came to his death by accidental drowning July, 1922; that in his lifetime he procured five accident insurance policies which were in force at the time of his death; that said policies were issued by divers…
