Defendant appeals from a judgment entered upon his plea of guilty of possession of heroin (Health & Saf. Code, § 11500) after denials of his motions to set aside the information (Pen. Code, § 995) and to suppress evidence (Pen. Code, § 1538.5). One of five charged prior convictions was found to be true, probation was denied, and defendant was sentenced to the state prison for the term prescribed by law.
