The court below made a special finding of facts and conclusions of law thereon. Appellant excepted to each and every conclusion of law. Appellant also moved for judgment in his favor upon the *421special finding, winch was overruled, and lie excepted. Appellees’ motion for judgment on special finding was sustained and appellant excepted. These rulings of the court below are assigned as error.
