This matter comes before the Court on the Motion to Dismiss (“Motion”) filed by Wachovia Securities, LLC, Wachovia Securities Financial Network, LLC, and First Clearing, LLC (collectively referred to as “Wachovia”). Plaintiff Grayson Consulting, Inc. (“Grayson”) filed an objection to the Motion (the “Objection”). This Court has' jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334.
