The plaintiff and the defendant are corporations engaged in the business of buying, discounting, and handling commercial paper; the plaintiff at East Montpelier, Yt., and the defendant in Boston, Mass. At all times material the Littlefield Piano Company, Inc., hereafter called the Piano Company, was engaged in the business of selling pianos and other musical instruments, with its principal place of business in the city of Barre.
